Capillary electrophoresis (CE)

Capillary Electrophoresis (CE) is an industry standard analytical technique for characterization, release and stability testing of biopharmaceuticals.  The technique complements or replaces the traditional Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis (PAGE) analysis. Well-established applications of CE include the determination of purity, aggregation, charge variants, isoelectric profiling, and carbohydrate analysis for the analysis of Monoclonal Antibodies, Antibody Drug Conjugate (ADC), Protein Therapeutics, and Biosimilars.
