We support all versions of TeleMagic DOS. It's a GREAT product and still used by many. If you have questions or problems, we are your source for help, but we must charge for this support.

We charge for this support on a per incident basis. If we cannot fix your problem there is no charge. In some cases, a software upgrade may be the best way to solve your problem. There are several different upgrades depending, on your specific situation. If an upgrade is needed there is an extra charge for that upgrade in addition to the basic service charge.

We currently accept payment by check and we can take your check information online, via fax, or over the phone so you can still receive instant service. NO DELAYS.
