Failure Analysis Engineer/Technician

Equipment Electrical Service Engineer

EAG Laboratories is looking for an Engineer with a BSEE who will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of EAG’s analytical instruments and ancillary equipment located at the Sunnyvale, California lab.

This position could require periodic travel to other EAG laboratories to include Minneapolis, Shanghai, Taiwan, Sunnyvale, El Segundo and occasional travel to other sites.

The individual should have an AS degree in electronics, electrical engineering with 5+ years experience troubleshooting equipment or instrumentation or BSEE with 2+ years of experience troubleshooting equipment or instrumentation and repairing high voltage circuitry, high vacuum systems, analog/digital circuitry, electro-mechanical assemblies, and related systems.

Service experience with spectrometers, SEM, TEM, X-Ray instrumentation is desirable.

EAG Laboratories, with 17 locations and 600 employees is a global scientific services company seeking is production operators to join our team on a temporary basis located in Santa Clara, CA. The production operators will be responsible for operating automated test equipment (ATE) to test semiconductor parts/components. Note this position will require availability to work during the weekend.  Day Shift: Thursday – Monday, 8:00am – 4:30pm and Graveyard Shift: Friday – Tuesday, 11:30pm – 8:00am. Ideal candidate has 1 year experience with IC testing (aka ATE test) in electronic manufacturing.
