Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative assists in administrative and clerical functions for the organization including but not limited to the following areas:  Invoicing, Billing, Customer Service, and Sample Processing.  Participates in cross training to learn all tasks related to customer services.  Coordinates with Operations Administration Manager to provide clerical and administrative support as needed to various functional areas of the company; performs related clerical work such as data entry, typing, filing, sorting, faxing, mailing, or shipping, as required.  Ensures protection of Company Confidential and Proprietary information at all times. Other duties as may be assigned. Ideal candidate will have an AA Degree or equivalent in education and 2 years of customer service experience.

Laboratory Analyst

EAG is looking for a Laboratory Analyst to work in the Materials Characterization group, in Sunnyvale, CA, who will obtain and report the results of analyses to internal and external clients. The Analyst will be responsible for sample handling, sample preparation, performing analyses, processing data, report writing and customer service. The ideal candidate will be required to report results of findings to internal and external clients and will work in a diverse, team oriented environment. To be successful in the position, the individual will be expected to work independently on a variety of assigned tasks with a range of future deadlines. This position will be in the surface analysis, organic analyses and materials properties group so some familiarity and hands-on experience with techniques such as AFM, Profilometry, FTIR, GCMS, XRF, XPS would highly advantageous.  Ideal candidate to have a B.S. or M.S. in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science or a related field, with 1+ years of professional work experience in a relevant technology focused industry; experience in some of the following techniques is highly desirable: AFM, Profilometry, FTIR, GCMS, XRF, XPS and in conducting chemical analyses in a controlled lab environment

Senior Reliability Engineer

EAG Laboratories, a global scientific services company with 17 locations and 600+ employees is seeking a Reliability Engineer to work on a temporary contract at our lab located in Irvine, CA. This position is an opportunity to work with a variety of electromechanical test systems and customers to grow EAG. EAG provides stress-based reliability qualification and knowledge-based reliability qualification methodologies based on industry standards in support of our client’s need to achieve high quality and reliable products. Ideal candidate will have BSEE in electrical and software discipline 5+ years in work experience in electrical/software engineering; experienced with hardware design for reliability test solutions and knowledge in reliability stress testing, systems, techniques, and industry standards such as JEDEC and AEC-Q100. MCC burn-in board pattern conversion and board debug experience and writing scripts in Python or C++ is a plus.

SIMS Scientist

Nanolab is seeking a Scientist to join our SIMS group located in Sunnyvale, CA. Responsibilities for this role include conducting analytical test of organic or inorganic substances.  Analyzes and tests new or existing materials to identify their properties and characteristics for the development or improvement of new or existing products.  Studies the relationship between chemical and physical properties.  Works independently to perform the full range of analytical work, including complex tasks.  Solves complex and difficulties problems.  Ensures schedule, budget, and performance requirements are met. PhD degree in either in Physics, Chemistry, Material Science or Engineering with experience in materials characterization and surface analysis techniques and equipment or ​BA or BS degree in either in Physics, Chemistry, Material Science or Engineering with three years of industry experience in materials characterization and surface analysis techniques and equipment. Experience in analytical chemistry, with working knowledge of characterization techniques: secondary ion mass spectroscopy (SIMS), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and Auger spectroscopy, RBS, AFM, XRD, and FT-IR and with semiconductor materials and/or ancillary technical experience is helpful but not necessary.

Materials Analyst/Sample Prep Technician

IT Systems Administrator
