CHEMIR EAG Welcomes Heather Fleming, Scott Graham and Jesse Westhoff
CHEMIR welcomes Heather Fleming, Ph.D. and Scott Graham, Ph.D. to our growing team of scientists. We also welcome Jesse Westhoff, a recent graduate of Truman State University.
Dr. Fleming received her Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Memphis. She performed research utilizing such instrumentation as HPLC, NMR and LC/MS, her thesis title is “High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry for Trace Analysis in Environmental Samples.” Dr. Fleming joins EAG as a Scientist in the Liquid Chromatography (LC) laboratory, applying HPLC and LC/MS techniques to investigate issues involving contaminant identification, failure analysis, reverse engineering and materials identification.
Scott Graham, Ph.D. has joined CHEMIR as a Scientist in the Gas Chromatography (GC) lab. Most recently he served as Staff Scientist at Analytical Bio-Chemistry Laboratories (ABC Labs), now a division of Evans Analytical Group. Dr. Graham earned his Ph.D. in Chemistry from Saint Louis University; his thesis title is “The Use of Ferracarboranes for Biotechnological Applications.” At CHEMIR he assists with problem solving projects involving GC, GC/MS and other analytical techniques.
Jesse Westhoff earned his B.S. degree at Truman State University, Kirksville; and also performed research at the University of Missouri-Columbia with Dr. Michael Greenlief. Mr. Westhoff brings experience with organic synthesis and organometallics, as well as UV-Vis, XPS and AES techniques.
CHEMIR continues to seek Scientists and Business Development professionals. Please visit our Careers page for details.
