Natalie Hardin is the Vice President of Systems/Platform Architecture for our Materials Science and Engineering Science businesses.

As Vice President, Natalie leads Information Technology, application development, and cybersecurity initiatives for EAG. She has a proven track record of aligning technology initiatives with business goals, optimizing IT operations, and building high-performing teams while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. A strategic leader Prior to joining EAG Laboratories in 2017, Natalie successfully led large scale enterprise application initiatives, modernized legacy IT systems, and implemented cybersecurity frameworks in a variety of industries, ranging from telecommunications, mortgage, insurance, and healthcare.

Natalie has an MBA from Webster University and received two degrees from the University of Missouri (Columbia) in Computer Science and Marketing.
