Engineering Career Progression Ladder
These are the different roles and their levels available on the Engineering Career track.
In this role the employee will perform routine tests and/or analytical work under general supervision by following established protocols. Helps train new Technicians.
In this role, the employee will perform more complex tests and/or analytical work, while training more junior Technicians and create test documentation.
A Senior Engineer will be tasked with determining requirements, performing investigations, and solving complex problems – assisting others as required. The employee will also model exceptional customer behavior for team.
In this role, the employee is the technical leader for most complex customer problems for a full range of protocols. Provides technical and thought leadership to team and organization.
