Project Coordinator to Senior Principal Technical Project Manager
The EAG Project Management Group is comprised of highly experienced engineers and scientists who manage clients’ expectations for more complex jobs requiring multiple techniques to solve engineering or materials-related issues. Technical Project Managers are a single point of contact responsible for overseeing the testing plan, managing testing across multiple service lines and EAG sites, interpreting data, presenting results in a meaningful way to help answer the clients’ questions, and recommending next steps.
The Project Management team has a strong customer-focus, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail. Project Managers bring their own unique experiences and approaches to problem-solving and offer valuable insight by leveraging their technical expertise and the collective analytical expertise within EAG. The primary goal of the Project Management Group is to provide a streamlined service that ensures the customers’ needs are met or exceeded.
Project Management Career Progression Ladder

Project coordinators assist Project Managers with sample receiving/distribution/disposition and ensure samples are photo-documented and tracked properly.
Technical Project Managers oversee smaller projects, defining technical scope and coordinating with lab resources on requirements and task prioritization, while handling data analysis and reporting under supervision.
Senior Technical Project Managers independently oversee all aspects of client projects and collaborate with Inside Sales on requirements, task prioritization, and data analysis.
Principal Technical Project Managers oversee and prioritize new and high-priority client projects and collaborate with Inside Sales on requirements and task prioritization.
In this position, Senior Principal Technical Project Managers oversee and prioritize new and high-priority client projects and is considered technical mentor.
