Our Quality and Compliance team is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and operational excellence. This involves developing and implementing robust quality management systems aligned with industry standards, overseeing quality control processes, audits, and inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives across the organization.
The goal is to support customer demand while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and compliance standards.
Quality Control Career Progression Ladder
These are the different roles and their levels available on the Quality Control Career track.
Ensures laboratory quality systems comply with GLP, GMP, and ISO standards, while reviewing procedures, protocols, and reports. Assists in instrument validation and certification and support internal and external audits of the quality management system.
Coordinates and maintains Quality Assurance in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring daily operations follow these standards. Oversees the quality program, lead audits, manage investigations for complaints, and ensure timely review of records. Facilitate quality and safety training delivery.
Leads and executes the Quality and Compliance program in collaboration with operations, ensuring compliance with export control requirements and industry standards. Oversees quality control processes, audits, inspections, and provides direction for human resources, financial, and operational activities while mentoring teams to achieve quality outcomes.
