Scientific Career Progression Ladder
These are the different roles and their levels available on the Scientific Career track.
Our Analysts perform analysis and design experiments for a wide variety of materials dependent on the department they report into and analytical techniques.
A true expert who contributes to EAG on a larger scale, both inside and outside EAG. Solves diverse and complex problems and helps others with difficult problem solving.
As a senior technical leader, capable of handling the most complex of analytical tests and considered a model and mentor for the rest of EAG’s technical community
A technical leader with significant contributions to the field and/or service line. Advises on new techniques for EAG to add to portfolio, has achieved recognition external to EAG through publication and presentation of bodies of work and has rare experience in the industry.
EAG Fellows are individuals who have contributed to significant scientific breakthroughs that advance an industry, developed, or enhanced a Metrology/Testing tool to improve a technique or test and embody the entrepreneurial and scientific spirit within EAG.
