With a combined 44 years of experience our Quality professionals dedicate themselves to the customer’s needs by handling more than thirty internal audits, an average of twenty-five customer audits, and ISO audits along with ongoing ISO credential requests each year. With upwards of 90% of customers requiring a quality management system, our diverse experience enables us to respond to requests across diverse industries from medical device manufacturers to defense and government contractors.

Quality Control at Eurofins EAG Laboratories

SPC Chart For GDMS

 

Statistical Process Control (SPC) a NIST traceable standard is analyzed weekly to measure how the equipment is performing. The image shown highlights one of our GDMS instruments over time with each icon representing a specific scientist. Tracking this information and gathering feedback from users helps EAG to keep our equipment uptime at industry leading levels.

How quality help our customers

Our customers benefit from the Quality Team’s emphasis on document control, security, and complaint resolution. Specifically for security assessment requests, the team aims to respond in less

than an hour which significantly shortens a customer’s decision time about which lab to use for their project. Should our customers have any concerns, the team aims to respond within 24 hours and work proactively with the labs to ensure a timely resolution. To gather feedback, each project report includes a link for customer feedback which is monitored closely and regularly reviewed by our leadership team.

Achieving Certification

While EAG maintains many certifications, one of the most important to our customers is ISO 17025 which is a statement of competence that EAG scientists and engineers can perform all the analysis that we offer to our customers. 17025 requires a visual review of the tests being performed and is ongoing across our labs with recertification every two years.
