EAG Announces Acquisition of Pernicka Corporation

EAG Laboratories, a global scientific services company providing testing, analytical and characterization services to technology and life science related industries, has acquired Pernicka Corporation, a leader in internal gas composition analysis (RGA) for ensuring reliability of critical components in military, space and aerospace technology. The founder John Pernicka will act as a consultant with EAG Laboratories. The Fort Collins laboratory and excellent staff will remain the same and will retain DLA suitabilities and quality certifications.

Adding RGA capabilities

Through this acquisition, EAG Laboratories expands its existing capacity and expertise in RGA testing available at the EAG Los Angeles lab (formerly SEAL Labs) for the defense, aerospace and medical device industries. Used for quality assurance and failure analysis purposes, Pernicka Corporation’s RGA testing equipment and procedures meet military standards, including pertinent methods in MIL-STD 883 and MIL-STD 750. EAG customers can depend on uninterrupted and expanded support with Pernicka’s technical expertise, can-do attitude and passion for problem-solving.

Pernicka Corporation brings 40 years of experience, helping define today’s industry standards for accuracy and precision of RGA testing for military and commercial parts.
