Dan Tilley serves as a Senior Vice President of our Materials Science and Engineering Science businesses
Dan joined EAG in October 2015 as our CIO. That role expanded to include Chief Administrative Officer to ensure a smooth post-acquisition transition to drive revenue and realize significant cost savings with our parent company that acquired EAG in 2017. He built and mentored high performance teams that now are responsible for those areas. His role has expanded once again to provide leadership and oversight on Strategic Operations and Strategies for the organization.
Prior to joining EAG, Dan was the EVP & CIO at ClubCorp where he worked in roles of increasing responsibility for eight years. ClubCorp was a publicly traded company with 20,000+ full-time and seasonal employees with 200+ locations. Dan also served as President of the company’s 503c, Employee Partner Care Foundation which provided millions in grants to their employees in time of need. He oversaw strategic projects to centralize their billing system, increase revenue, streamline costs, and implement SOX 404a / 404b controls.
Dan has held C-Level leadership roles in IT, Finance, and Operations in other industries. His experience includes not only Scientific Services, but also Hospitality, Health and Fitness, Healthcare, and Software Development.
He has extensive experience in both public and private multi-billion dollar high growth organizations.
Dan received a BS from University of Pittsburgh in Computer Science and Mathematics.
