Justin leads commercial strategy across laboratories in North America and Korea. Since joining in 2019, he has built and mentored a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and sustained growth rooted in long-term client relationships that evolve into strategic, multi-year partnerships.
With more than 25 years of experience across the semiconductor, defense, and advanced manufacturing industries, Justin brings deep expertise in strategic account management, international market expansion, and complex contract negotiation. He has built a strong reputation for cultivating enduring relationships with key accounts across some of the most technically demanding sectors in the world.
A recognized innovator, Justin holds patents related to sputter target technology and surface treatment processes, reflecting a rare ability to bridge commercial strategy with deep technical knowledge. Prior to joining Eurofins EAG, he held Senior Sales and Product Management roles at AMETEK and Tosoh SMD, where he developed expertise in high-purity metals, specialty materials, and the exacting demands of semiconductor fabrication.
