Eurofins EAG Expands Reliability Testing with Aehr Systems Tahoe Burn-In System

Eurofins EAG Laboratories has added the Aehr Systems HP Tahoe Burn-In System, further enhancing its capabilities in stress testing and qualification of high-power and low-power semiconductor devices. The Tahoe Burn-In System supports up to 100W device dissipation and is designed for flexibility across digital, analog, and mixed-signal applications. With slot-level control, advanced thermal management, and compatibility with industry standard Burn-In Boards (BIBs), the Tahoe Burn-In System enables targeted stress testing, efficient fault isolation, and high throughput reliability screening across automotive, AI, medical, and semiconductor sectors.

Advantages:

  • Flexible Configurations: allows the Tahoe to be run either with individual socket control or overall, as a single temp zone chamber (25C to 170C)
  • BIB Compatibility: allows use of both dedicated Tahoe BIBs and Incal X160 BIBs (adapter required)
  • Thermal Management: allows up to 12kW Chamber heat dissipation (688W per BIB)

Common Applications:

  • Automotive
  • Logic and System-Level Devices
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • System Level Test
  • Medical and Discrete Devices
